I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, especially if it violates my ToS.

Payment is expected in full before I begin work. Payment plans are available on orders totalling over $50.

I reserve rights to the artwork created, and it may be used in the future to advertise my work (unless otherwise requested).

Commissions may be posted to my public accounts. Please inform me when ordering if you'd like yours to be private.

The character limit when ordering a commission is four.

Additional characters are 20% off the single character price.

When slots are available, each individual commission from a client will take up one slot each. To allow room for other clients, I will only accept two commissions per person at a time.

Characters with pure black in their design will be slightly lightened in any commission.

Payment is accepted through PayPal only. Invoices will be sent for said payment.

All prices are listed in USD.

Completion times may vary from within the week to a few months. Keep in mind that I tend to work in chronological order on my queue, so a longer queue means a longer wait time.

Complex characters and accessories are subject to additional costs. Will be discussed during the order process.

There may also be an additional fee if I need to fully or partially design a character for a commission type that isn't a reference sheet/custom.

Refunds are available if two months have passed without an initial sketch having been sent to the client.

Other refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.

I will not offer refunds after a piece has been completed.

I am most comfortable working with feline and dragonoid species, keep this in mind when ordering.

I will not draw NSFW, suggestive, or any type of fetish.

I refuse to draw characters with hate symbols in their design, or with flags such as the confederate or nazi flags.

Characters with appropriative design choices (most commonly characters with feathers behind their ears) will either be rejected outright or have the accessory not included.

Light gore is okay to order, but I won't draw heavy/candy gore.

Anthro character prices are the same as what I charge for dragons.

Character types I will not draw are non-anthro/furry humanoids and full mecha/robot.

After payment is received, I will begin work on the commission when possible. An initial sketch will be sent to the client through private messages/email.

Please know that I'm very willing to work with clients through the commission process! I want you to be just as happy with the image as I am. With this being said, please don't hesitate to point out anything that you'd like changed. I often hold on to layered files for a while, so I'm willing to make minor changes after the piece is finished if needed.

With this being said, I provide wips at nearly every point in the commission process. If you see a mistake, please point it out as soon as it's evident, especially if it's something large that I need to fix.

The first sketch/wip is often a very loose sketch meant to lay out the pose, environment, and character interactions. Use this time to point out any changes you'd like made regarding any of the aforementioned points.

The next wip provided is a final sketch, just before lining. While I may refine it slightly while lining, if you see anything wrong with the character anatomy at this point, please inform me.

From this point onward, wips vary by commission complexity. They are always provided as soon as I can.

As stated earlier in the ToS, I, the artist, reserve rights to the artwork and the client reserves rights to the character.

Personally commissioned art can be used for non-commercial and non-profit purposes only. It may be reposted provided I am properly credited as the artist.

My art cannot be used for blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future developments in the space.

Once purchased, changes to any aspect of a character is allowed (design, accessories, species, etc.), though I still must be credited as the original designer.

Characters can be resold for how much you bought them for and the value of any additional art. Do not resell for a higher price unless paired with the value of their art.

Purchased designs may be used for sonas, story characters, ocs, etc.
